We keep this simple: we collect only what you give us, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email, brand name, and message you choose to send us. Submitting the form opens your own email client — the message is sent directly from you to sussurro.studios@gmail.com, not stored on our servers.
• Newsletter: the email address you provide if you subscribe. Used only to send you campaign and process updates, at the frequency described at signup.
• Basic browser storage (localStorage): used only to remember your language preference (English or Portuguese) between visits. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you — for instance, to unsubscribe from the newsletter — at any time by emailing sussurro.studios@gmail.com.

These terms apply whenever you engage Sussurro Studios for a project, whether through one of our fixed packages, a custom scope, or a retainer.

Scope and pricing

Package pricing, deliverables, and timelines are as described on our Packages page at the time your project is confirmed. Anything outside that scope — additional looks, faces, markets, or usage rights — is quoted separately as an add-on before work begins.

Usage rights

Unless a different usage add-on was purchased, delivered assets are licensed for use on your website and organic social channels, worldwide, in perpetuity. Paid media, third-party licensing, and other extended usage require the corresponding add-on.

Revisions

Refinement is included until sign-off, at the direction stage of each package — meaning changes are welcome while a piece is still in concept, before final production. Requests to change direction after a piece has been produced are treated as new scope.

Payment

Projects are confirmed with an upfront payment before production begins, as agreed at the time of booking. Timelines start once payment and the creative brief are received.

Liability

Sussurro Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered assets. All content is provided as-is upon final delivery and sign-off.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time a project is confirmed is the one that applies to it.
