The Story

Bibé needed to exist before it could sell anything — a full skincare brand, built for a woman who chooses less but expects more. No product photography budget, no campaign shoot, no timeline that could survive a traditional production chain.

I built the entire brand identity, product world, and content system natively in AI — from positioning to the final Instagram grid.

The Brief

Bibé lip oil styled against a dark chocolate-textured backdrop

A minimalist skincare line for urban Brazilian women aged 22–35 — pure, multifunctional ingredients, zero clutter. The brand needed to feel premium and instantly recognizable from day one, with no existing photography, no models, no studio.

The Build

  • Full verbal + visual identity — positioning, palette, typography, tone
  • A persona-driven product system, each SKU designed around one woman's actual routine
  • A 4-pillar content strategy (Sensorial, Lifestyle, Educational, Community)
  • A complete digital platform — ingredient-led visuals, color-coded collections, UGC-style storytelling
  • Every asset — packaging concepts, lifestyle imagery, product visuals — generated and art-directed entirely in-house

Scrolling Bibé feels like scrolling a brand that's been alive for years. No one asks how it was made — they just recognize it.
